In line with article 24 rate (1) point 2) a line 9, and in correlation with article 90 paragraph (2) point 4) of the Law on Energy (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia” no. 96/18 and “Official Gazette of the Republic North Macedonia” No. 96/19 and 236/22), on session held on April 6 2023 the Regulatory Commission for Energy and Water Services of the Republic of North Macedonia adopted a Decision to approve the Rules for Operation of the organized electricity market.
Activities preformed on the organized electricity market is regulated with the Rules for Operation of the organized electricity market.
